Hey everyone! How are you doing! It’s my second attempt on one stoke technique! I’m not very good at one stroke nail design but liked the way it turned out. Love how the blue flowers pop on green background. Below is the details on how I did this Blue Flowers Nail Art.
Items and Tools I Used
- Base Coat Nail Polish
- Pastel Green Nail Polish – Sinful Colors Chalk it Up
- Acrylic Paint – Dark Green and Parrot Green, Violet, Blue and White
- Sponge Applicator, Flat Nail Art Brush, Liner Brush
- Top Coat Nail Polish
How I did the Nail Design
Start by applying base coat on your nails for a long lasting manicure. Apply green polish on all the nails. I used Sinful Colors Chalk it Up and It’s such a lovely shade. Take some neon green acrylic paint on a sponge and randomly tap it on all the nails. Add some pastel violet (mix of white and violet paint) using a sponge just like the neon green. Add little more green paint to get a smooth and blended base.
Draw curvy lines using the liner brush and dark green paint to make branches. Dip half of the flat brush in blue and other half in violet. To create a seam less transition between two colors, make flat lines on a paper or on your color palette before making any design on the nails. Make small “U” shapes to make flower petals.
I made some tine buds by holding the brush straight and gently pressing the tip on to my nails. Take some pastel violet paint on the liner brush and make small dots in the center of the flowers. After the paint is completely dry, seal the whole design with Top Coat and you’re done!
