Items and Tools I Used

  • Base Coat Nail Polish by Wet n Wild
  • White Nail Polish – Sinful Colors Nail Enamel, Snow Me White
  • Silver Glitter Nail Polish – Sinful Colors Professional Nail Enamel Charmed
  • Acrylic Paint – Pearl Green and Black
  • Nail Art Pearls
  • Dotting Tool
  • Nail Art Liner Brush
  • Top Coat by Maybelline Color Show

How I did the Nail Design

As the very first step for any Nail Art Design should be, start by apply base coat polish on your nails. Let it dry and then Apply the Sinful Colors Snow Me White nail polish on all the nails. Again you gotta let the polish dry completely before doing any further design.

Cover the top half of your nails with the Silver glitter nail polish. You may need to apply multiple layes to get the desired opacity.  give it some time to dry. Now get ready for the cute bow tie nail design. Take pearl green paint on the liner brush and make bow on the Accent Nails.

To make Bow Design, first make two opposite facing V shapes horizontally on the silver tips. Then fill in the shapes. There you have it. the Cute little bow sitting on your nail tips. Make some tiny green dots. After the paint dries, out line the bow with black acrylic paint and make some black dots too.

On other nails make some small black and green dots using the liner brush on the tips. Outline the the silver tip by making green dots. Use the bigger end of your dotting tool to make perfect dots. Now with the smaller end of the dotting tool make black dots over the green one.

Apply some clear polish over your bow design and insert white pearl. Give it some time to get set on your nails. Then lock the whole design by applying top coat to make the design last longer.

    • Hi Olive, Glad that you liked the video. I am sorry that you saw St Patrick day nail art video late. Going forward I will post these kind of post well before the holiday so that everyone can see them 🙂

  4. Painted nails are not really my cup of tea. I’m a real man. My good lady does enjoy painting hers and asking me what I think. Of course, I tell her that they look great. I’ll pass on the link to her and I’m sure she’ll enjoy.
I do admire your work though.
