  • Glitter Nail Polish – Essie Hors d’oeuvres Nail Polish (Click Here for swatches)
  • Green Nail Polish – Wet n Wild, Caribbean Frost
  • Gold Glitter Nail Liner – Salon Perfect Nail Art Liner Gold Dust
  • French Manicure Tip Guide Sticker
  • Swarovski Crystal for Nail Art
  • Small Dotting Tool to apply Crystals
  • Top Coat by Wet n Wild

How I did the Nail Design

Start by applying base coat and let your nails dry completely. Paint the nails with Essie Hors d’oeuvres Nail Polish. I have three coats on my nails. Always make sure that one coat of the polish or one step of the nail art is dry before moving forward. I just thought a glitter base will look nice for green tips.

Let’s get to the Accent Nails first. Place the chevron french tip guide on your nail tip. Then place one more sticker leaving little space and secure the ends. This will create a crisp and perfect line under the chevron tip. Apply the green polish and remove the sticker as quickly as possible. On other nails, place the tip guide on the tip and cover it with green polish and remove the sticker quickly for a clean and defined line.

To make the design on Accent Nails more stand out, take the gold glitter liner and fill the space between the tip and the chevron line. This will add a nice effect to the manicure. Add some top coat and place sparkly Swarovski Crystals on each nail. These crystals look gorgeous and makes the manicure very beautiful.  Seal the whole design with Top Coat and you are ready to show off your pretty nails.
