Hey everyone! How are you doing! I was feeling sick recently and wanted to do something to cheer me up. Then again, I was super lazy to do anything given I was not feeling well. Feeling lazy shouldn’t stop you from doing nail art! Right? This is what I came up with. Hope you like it!
Items and Tools I Used
- Base Coat Nail Polish
- Light Pink Nail Polish ~ Loreal Color Riche Le Vernis A L’Huile, Dimanche Après Midi
- Sheer Shimmery Nail Polish ~ Wet n Wild Break The Ice
- Brown Acrylic Paint
- A Piece of small sponge
- Kiss Nail Art Sticker
- A pair of Tweezres
- Top Coat
- Matte Top Coat
How I did the Nail Design
Cover your nails with a base coat polish for a long stay manicure and wait for it to dry! Paint all the Nails with the light pink nail polish. I used a loreal polish Dimanche Après Midi. It’s from their new Color Riche Le Vernis A L’Huile collection. I got it as a gift from my friend and It has been my go-to polish. It has micro oils which makes it quiet good for daily use. See my full of review of Loreal Color Riche Le Vernis A L’Huile, Dimanche Après Midi.
Take some Brown acrylic paint on a small piece of sponge and apply it on your pinky nail. Slightly drag the sponge just on the nail tip to sheer it out. I’m not sure why I did this but It looks different, kind of ombre. After the paint is dry, seal it with the top coat. I simply washed my hand to cleanup the excess paint after the top coat dried.
I should mention, I had my nails already painted with pink polish when I did this design. As I was super lazy to remove it and add a brown polish, I just topped it with brown acrylic paint. You can simply skip this and apply a brown nail polish.
Peel the Cheetah print stickers from the sheet and apply it on your middle finger nail. The stickers have small clear rhinestones on them. Love how they look. Apply a layer of Wet n Wild, Break The Ice Polish on the index finger and ring finger. It added beautiful sheen to the pink! Don’t forget to seal the cheetah design with top coat. The Nail Art is complete!
